Hacettepe University Senate (February 28, 1996, agreement number: 96/6) recommended MAGUM to provide research, development and application, studies according to its aims as mentioned in regulations section, and MAGUM was established in Hacettepe University by approval of Turkish Higher Education System (June 19, 1996, agrrement number: 1142-10845).
